In a crawler elastic shoe constructed in such a manner that rubber shoes formed by integrally vulcanizing iron crawler plates 20, 21 and 22 having rugs in a road surface side, supporting plates 4 each having a shape nearly identical to the shape of the road surface side and rubber pads 3 in the road surface sides of the supporting plates 4 are laid on each other, the heights h1 and h2 of the tips of the supporting plates 4 extended to the road surface side corresponding to the rugs of the front and rear ends of the iron crawler plates are set lower than the heights H1 and H2 of the rugs of the front and rear ends.
