Abstract:
To provide an elastic tape with an excellent air permeability, thin but hard to buckle and no fraying of warp.
The elastic tape is formed of a warp knitted fabric obtained by weaving wefts 4 and fusible yarn 5 along the wefts 4 into a plurality of warps 2 extending in longitudinal direction of the tape and having a plurality of continuous loops 2a, and elastic warps 3 arranged along the warps 2 and passing through the loops 2a, and thermally bonding the fusible yarn 5 to the warps 2, wefts 4 by hot pressing, wherein the tape has an improved surface rigidity of the warp knitted fabric with excellent air permeability, thin but hard to buckle and preventing fraying of warps 2.
