To provide an elastic wave pulse injecting device which is capable of injecting high intensity elastic wave pulses for nondestructive test to a specimen such as a reinforced concrete construction, and yet does damage the specimen and is easy to handle, and lends itself to a change in the frequency characteristics.
An elastic wave generating mechanism 3 for generating elastic wave pulses, and a replaceable resonant body 2 which resonates with elastic wave pulses generated from the elastic wave generating mechanism 3 to transmit resonant elastic wave pulses to a test piece, are provided. Further, a striking body 15, a body 11 to be striked, with which the striking body 15 collides, a spring 16 for moving the striking body 15 on the side of the body 11 to be striked, a transmission shaft 14 for transmitting the elastic wave pulses generated from the collision of the striking body 15 with the body 11 to be striked, from the body 11 being striked to the resonant body 2, are provided in the elastic wave generating mechanism 3. In this case, the abutting face 2a of the resonant body 2 in relation to the test piece is set wider than the abutting face 14 of the transmission shaft 14 in relation to the resonant body 2.
