Abstract:
To provide an elastomer compound virtually unaccompanied by the existence of gelled particles and capable of realizing a high vinyl norbornene (VNB) concentration and an improved extrusion throughput simultaneously.
The provided olefin elastomer includes, apart from an olefin elastomer having a long-chain branch corresponding to Δδ<20, including ethylene, α-olefins, 1-7 wt.% of VNB, and 0-15 wt.% of a second non-conjugated polyene (Δδ is calculated from the difference of the phase angle δ between the stress and strain in the course of a dynamic shear measurement at 125°C at a frequency of 0.1 rad/sec and the corresponding phase angle δ at a frequency of 100 rad/sec), 120 to 300 phr of a solid filler and an oil.
