To provide an electret element capable of partial pressure detection.SOLUTION: An electret element 10 includes an electret film (A), a first electrode layer (B1) provided on the first face 10A of the electret film (A) and having multiple electrodes, and a second electrode layer (B2) provided on a second face 10B on the opposite side to the first face 10A of the electret film (A), and having multiple electrodes. In the first and second electrode layers (B1), (B2), adjoining electrodes are in non-contact state, respectively, and the first and second electrode layers (B1), (B2) are placed oppositely to the film face of the electret film (A).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
