Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator which is small and has good mountability, which can deal with different stroke amounts according to use at low cost and which is suitable to series manufacture.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 1 includes a motor part A, a motion conversion mechanism part B, an operation part C and a terminal part D. A hollow rotary shaft 26 for supporting a rotor core 24a of the motor part A is rotatably supported by rolling bearings 27, 30. The motion conversion mechanism B is connected to the hollow rotary shaft 26 and includes a ball screw 31, a ball screw nut 32 is arranged inside the hollow rotary shaft 26, and the operation part C is connected to the motion conversion mechanism part B. A boll screw shaft 33 and a whirl-stop guide part N are fitted in a concavo-convex manner. The ball screw shaft is guided with a stroke amount based on the axial direction width of the whirl-stop guide part N, the whirl-stop guide part N is formed by a whirl-stop guide member 10 separately from a casing 20, and a connection structure Q is provided which enables replacement of the whirl-stop member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
