Abstract:
An electric actuator includes a motor, a deceleration mechanism, an output shaft, and a preload member applying a preload to a motor shaft. The deceleration mechanism includes an external gear connected to an eccentric shaft via a second bearing, an internal gear engaged with the external gear, a flange part expanding from the output shaft, and protrusions inserted into holes respectively and supporting the external gear to be swingable. The second bearing includes an inner ring and an outer ring. The motor shaft has a large-diameter shaft connected to the other side of the eccentric shaft in the axial direction. The large-diameter shaft contacts the inner ring from the other side in the axial direction. The outer ring has a contact part contacting the external gear from the other side in the axial direction. The contact part presses and brings the external gear into contact with the flange part.
