To provide an electric apparatus fitting device which can easily attach and detach an electric apparatus such as a lighting apparatus or the like and does not impair an appearance even if attachment and detachment are repeated.

The electric apparatus fitting device is composed of a fitting plate 2 which is provided with an electrode plate 4 on one surface of a base board 3, a pair of wiring portions 9a, 9b on a surface of the electrode plate 4 on a side of the base board 3, a suction plate 5 laminated on the other surface of the base board 3, and a first fitting hole 6a and a second fitting hole 6b which penetrate the absorbing plate 5 and the base board 3, and a connector 10 which is provided with an electric apparatus fitting portion 11 arranged on the fitting plate 2 on a side of the absorbing plate 5, a plurality of pin portions 15a, 15b which are arranged on the electrode apparatus fitting portion 11 and can be inserted into and removed from the first fitting hole 61 and the second fitting hole 6b, a magnet 27 which is arranged on the electric apparatus fitting portion 11 and sucks the electric apparatus fitting portion 11 onto the suction plate by a magnetic force, a first power supply portion 17a which is arranged on the one pin portion 15a and is electrically connected with the one wiring portion 9a, and a second power supply portion 17b which is arranged on the other pin portion 15b and is electrically connected with the other wiring portion 9b.
