A method of manufacturing an electric apparatus comprises holding a circuit module 12 in a tray 13 having a rugged portion 13h corresponding to a part of an electronic component 23, charging a first filler 14 into the tray 13, containing the tray 13 in a case 15 and charging a second filler 16 into between the tray 13 and the case 15. The amounts of the fillers 14 and 16 filled can be minimized, by means of the rugged portion 13h, according to the minimum necessary amount corresponding to the amount protruded from the substrate 21 of the electronic component 23. Because the tray 13 adheres to the case 15 through the second filler 16, heat radiation can be ensured through the fillers 14 and 16 and the case 15.
