Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device managing system capable of facilitating address management of plural electric devices.SOLUTION: An electric device management system 100 includes plural electric devices 10 installed in a building, a management device 30 that communicates with each of the plural electric devices 10, and an operation terminal 20 that communicates with each of the plural electric devices 10. The operation terminal 20 individually transmits management address information to be individually allocated to each of the plural electric devices 10 to each of the plural electric devices 10 by using a radio ic having directivity. Each of the plural electric devices 10 has its own unique address, stores management address information transmitted from the operation terminal 20, and transmits a unique address and management address information. The management device 30 stores the transmitted unique address and management address information in association with each other, and controls the operation of the plural electric devices 10 based on the stored unique address and management address information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
