Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to throw-in electric power instantaneously and restart the operation, by inserting resistance means which always forms an electric channel into at least one of a position between a first electrode and water storage pipe, and a position between the first electrode and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION:Between a first electrode 8 and second electrode 10 a fixed resistor 16 of the shape of the extension of the first electrode 8 is inserted to secure an electric channel always. The parallel composition resistance R'0 of the resistances of an upper water flow 6, lower water flow 9, and fixed resistor 16 becomes the resistance of each phase, and the composition resistance R'0 is nearly equal to the composition resistance R0 of a relatively small water flow when the cross section of the water flow is 100%. Conversely when the cross section of the water flow becomes close to 0%, R'0 is nearly equal to the resistance R3 of a relatively small fixed resistor 16. When the power from an electric power source 11 is interrupted end even if a circulation pump 2 stops once and the water flow is interrupted because the water level in a water reservoir 4 goes down, the operation can be continued by throwing-in a breaker 12 thanks to the existence of a fixed resistance R3 of the fixed resistor 16. Furthermore, in the first starting of the operation the breaker 12 can be thrown-in without any restriction because of the existence of the fixed resistance R3 of the fixed resistor 16.
