Abstract:
To provide an electrically-driven compressor and a refrigeration air conditioner using the same, which can suppress deterioration of a refrigerating machine oil when using trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) as a refrigerant.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven compressor 3 comprises: a compression mechanism part 33 that compresses the refrigerant; an electric motor 24 that drives the compression mechanism part 33 via a crankshaft 23; and a main bearing 31 and an auxiliary bearing 32 that support the crankshaft 23. Refrigerating machine oil 29 is stored in a bottom part of a closed vessel 25. The refrigerant may be trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) alone or a mixed refrigerant containing trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) and other refrigerants. The refrigerating machine oil 29 contains an acid scavenger. The refrigerating machine oil 29 containing an acid scavenger having a saturated water content higher than that of the refrigerant is used as the refrigerating machine oil 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
