Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor reduced in noise and vibration generated by the excitation of an accumulator by the vibration of a compressor.SOLUTION: The electric compressor includes a motor and a compression mechanism driven to rotate by the motor in a sealed vessel with an approximately cylindrical form, and an accumulator is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the sealed vessel. A connecting part for mounting the accumulator on the outer peripheral surface of the sealed vessel has its portion joined with the outer peripheral surface of the sealed vessel, and a pair of legs are joined with the outer peripheral surface of the accumulator. In addition, the legs are spread outward in a range of 26°-45° from a line connecting the center of the sealed vessel and the center of the accumulator, or spread outward toward the center of the sealed vessel.
