PURPOSE: To enhance the permeability into the skin of a chemicals component by melting the chemicals in hot water in a bathtub, positioning a low frequency electrode between the human body in hot water and hot water and executing an electric conduction to the human body.

CONSTITUTION: In a waterproof casing 1 of a low frequency oscillator, a low frequency oscillation circuit and its power source are installed, and to its side face, a float 2 of a sponge, etc., is attached and floated onto the hot water surface 3 in a bathtub. To the tip of a lead wire 6 drawn out of the casing 1, an electrode 7 for inserting and holding an earlobe of the human body is connected, and an electrode plate 8 exposed on the bottom face is immersed into the hot water 3. In the hot water 3 on which the low frequency oscillator is floated, for instance, a proper quantity of chemicals for treating a body odor is melted. A bathing person goes into the hot water in which its chemicals are melted, and also, attaches an electrode clip 7 to his earlobe, turns on a power source of the low frequency oscillator and generates a low frequency, by which a potential difference is generated between the earlobe and the skin which comes into contact with the hot water 3, and effective component of the chemicals melted in the hot water is ionized and absorbed positively into the skin.
