Abstract:
To provide an electric connector provided with a means by which an electrical crosstalk and impedance are controlled and an electric cable assembly.
The electric connector is provided with a plug 90 and a receptacle 92, and the plug 90 is provided with an insulating member 140, an intermediate contact part 22 and a rear signal pin 224. The receptacle 92 is provided with an insulating member having a long front extended part 322 and also with a bottom-fixing springs 332, 340 and grounding posts 336, 342.
