Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize an ideal electric current follower circuit by the simple circuit method of FET and an inverting circuit suitable for a monolithic integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:To input terminal 17 of the electric current follower circuit, electric current source 1 is connected. Now, in case that output terminal 16 gas voltage amplitude, the gate-source voltage of FETQ13 varies, but appears as a variation in gate potential and the source of FETQ13, i.e. input terminal 17 has only a variation obtained by dividing the above-mentioned voltage variation nearly by the gain of inverter 10. Since an inverter with a gain >=10 times can easily be realized by the ordinary integrated-circuit technique, the voltage variation at output terminal 2 of electric current source 1 is further reduced by >=1 digit, and consequently the remarkable improvement of output impedance can be attained.
