Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent severance of a wire as electrode and preclude generating striation on the processing surface of a work by furnishing an Off time lower limit value control circuit which controls the Off time lower limit value through comparing the data of an Off time lower limit value setting device with the data of an Off time setting means.
CONSTITUTION: Counter output values Q1, Q2, 3,...Qn are fed to an Off time setting device 30, and the Off time TOFF of an oscillator circuit is set. An E1 voltage memory part 34 gives the digital data, which corresponds to the voltages of the first DC power supply, to an Off time lower limit value setting device 35 when the output of a processing start pulse generator 26 has become 1. The setting device 35 gives the digital data, which is programmed one the basis of digital data from the E1 voltage memory part 34 to an identicalness comparator circuit 36. This circuit 36 compares the fed data with the data from a counter 28, and the output value 36T is made 0 when the two pieces of data are identical.
