PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device, when a machining fluid is accumulated in a machining tank to immerse and machine a workpiece, not only to make a level of surface of the machining fluid follow up to a machining head, but also to set, change and adjust the level to an arbitrary position in required timing as necessary. SOLUTION: A machining tank 1 has a fixed machining tank 1A and a lift machining tank 1B. A fluid level adjusting device is composed of the lift machining tank 1B integrally assembled with three tank walls 1D. A driving gear is composed of lift devices 7, 7 provided in the right/left of a machine body, the lift machining tank 1B is moved in the vertical direction. In a control device 100, a present position of the lift machining tank 1B detected by a position detection device of encoder 91 or the like is recognized. In the control device 100, in order to position the lift machining tank 1B to an arbitrary height set by a setting device 104, the lift devices 7, 7 are drive controlled. In a fluid level detection device 107, a fluid level signal is output in accordance with a signal of a float switch SENS.
