To improve the gain of signal reception in human body communication.
A signal reception part 22 is composed of a frequency filter 221 connected to a reception electrode 21 placed under an AC electric field excited around a human body by transmission signals and two filter amplifiers 222 connected in multiple stages provided in the poststage of the frequency filter 221. Each filter amplifier 222 is constituted of a coil sensor 2,221 and an amplifier circuit 2,222 receiving an output of the coil sensor 2,221. The coil sensor 2,221 comprises a coil 312 provided with a core 311, a sensor electrode 313 fixed to the upper surface of the core 311, and a variable capacitor 315 for setting the resonance frequency of the coil sensor 2,221.
