Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electric iron base for the pressing work to smooth creases of clothes, which causes no positional slipping out, and as a result, no crease of the cover overlaying the upper face of the supporter.
CONSTITUTION: Holders 5 are provided at the lower face side of a supporter 3 to force inward the peripheral edge of the cover 4 and, further, fitting parts 7 are provided to position inward than the peripheral edge of the cover 4 at the lower face side of the supporter 3. The holders 5 are fitted at the fitting parts 7 and extended inwardly. In this way, the enforcing strength is increased after the cover 4 is fitted to the supporter 3.
