Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying a processing process for processing planetary rollers and an outside-diameter face of a rotating shaft, and an assembling process for assembling the planetary roller into a carrier.SOLUTION: An electric linear actuator comprises: an outer ring member 4 which is movably assembled into a cylindrical housing 1; a rotating shaft 9 arranged on an axial core of the outer ring member 4; a plurality of planetary rollers 18 arranged between the outer ring member 4 and the rotating shaft 9; and a carrier 13 for rotatably supporting the plurality of planetary rollers 18 around an axial core of the rotating shaft 9. The planetary rollers 18 have spiral grooves 19 which are engaged with spiral protrusions 5 formed on an inside-diameter face of the outer ring 4 at an outside-diameter face, a disc 13a at one end side of the carrier 13 and the other end part of the rotating shaft 9 are integrally formed, and the plurality of planetary rollers 18 are brought into non-contact states with respect to the outside-diameter face of the rotating shaft 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
