PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock system, electric lock device, and program, capable of informing a portable terminal of an electric lock having been operated.SOLUTION: An electric lock system 1 comprises a portable terminal and electric lock device 2. The portable terminal includes a first key side communication unit 32, second key side communication unit 33, and key side control unit 31. The electric lock device 2 includes a first lock side communication unit 23, second key side communication unit 24, and lock side control unit 21. The first key side communication unit 32 and first lock side communication unit 23 communicate with each other using a first communication system via a public channel 5. The second key side communication unit 33 and second lock side communication unit 24 communicate with each other using a second communication system. The key side control unit 31 holds terminal information and key information. The lock side control unit 21 authenticates the terminal information and key information. The lock side control unit 21, when authentication of terminal information and key information is successful at the time of unlocking an electric lock 22, makes the first lock side communication unit 23 transmit an operation notification signal Sig1 to a portable terminal associated with the terminal information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
