Polarities of the magnetic poles 103 of the permanent magnet which is sandwiched by the magnetism transmission pole face-body 111 of the adjacent individual magnetic poles, and the magnetic path member 102 are reverse to one another, or are identical to one another. In the magnetism transmission pole-face body 111, the magnetic poles are constituted by sandwiching the magnetic poles 103 and fixing them, in cooperation with the magnetic path member 102. The pole face of the magnetism transmission pole-face body 111 faces another electric machine structural body which makes an electromagnetic effect interact. By innovative design for sandwiching the magnetic poles 103 of the permanent magnet, by using the magnetism transmission pole face-body 111 of the individual magnetic poles and the magnetic path member, the magnetic poles 103 of the permanent magnet can be prevented from falling off, and also magnetic force can be prevented from becoming weak due to inverse direction excitation during the operation of the electric machine.
