PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive electric motor device for a vehicle wherein torque generated in an engine and torque generated in a motor can be utilized and further to prevent whirling from being generated in a shaft of supporting a rotor of the motor.
CONSTITUTION: An engine and a motor 25 are provided to connect an intermediate transmitting shaft 51 to a rotor 25b of the motor 25 and to arrange a clutch 24 between the intermediate shaft 51 and an engine side. A counter drive shaft 53 is arranged in parallel to the intermediate transmitting shaft 51 to arrange a pair of gears 52, 54 between both the shafts 51, 53. The above-mentioned stator 25a is fixed to a case to support the intermediate transmitting shaft 51 and the counter drive shaft 53 by the case in two points. The gear 52 arranged in the intermediate transmitting shaft 51 is supported from the outside by the case. Accordingly, the intermediate transmitting shaft 51 and the counter drive shaft 53 can be prevented from whirling thereof to enable an output of the motor 25 to increase by decreasing a space between the stator 25a and the rotor 25b of the motor 25.
