Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor having enhanced efficiency and suppressing noise, a hermetic compressor including the electric motor and a refrigerator including the hermetic compressor.SOLUTION: The electric motor includes a magnet embedded type-rotor in which a plurality of permanent magnets are embedded at even intervals in a rotor iron core constituted by laminating disk-like magnetic steel sheets. The permanent magnet has a three-axis anisotropic shape. The rotor is divided into a plurality of sections in the axial direction, and includes grooves formed on the outer periphery thereof and having a width corresponding to a phase difference of cogging torque generated with respect to each of the plurality of sections.
