To reduce vibration or noise transmitted to the bracket and simplify the assembly.
The motor has a stator, a bracket, and a cover bracket 4. A stator is provided with a plurality of teeth formed on the inner periphery of the yoke portion of the stator iron-core 1, a slot formed on both sides of each tooth, an insulator 10 formed integrally with an end surface at least of the stator iron-core 1 and the slot, and a winding 2 wound in the slot. The stator is pressed into a cylindrical portion 3b of the supporting bracket 3. A cylindrical portion 4b of the cover bracket 4 is engaged in the spigot of the supporting bracket 3. A pawl 3e is folded and fixed along an end surface 4c of the cylindrical portion of the cover bracket 4. In the motor provided by the above components, the end surface of the insulator 10 is provided with a buffer portion 10a of an annular cross-section extended from the end surface of the insulator 10 and covering the outer peripheral portion of the stator iron- core 1.
