Title:
ELECTRIC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3911552
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor which makes it possible to wind coil windings inside a stator without increasing the weight substantially and in that process to prevent the coil windings from coming out of the stator.
SOLUTION: An electric motor is provided with a stator 32 having a space in the center to contain a rotor 23, at least four stator poles 18, 19, 20, 21 protruding in pair into the containing space above, stator coils partially surrounding insulating elements and permanent magnets 14, 15 arranged between the pairs of stator poles. The insulating elements are arranged at each end of the stator. Insulated supporting elements 7, 8 are arranged between the pairs of stator poles standing at the extended position parallel to the principal axis of the containing space above inside the stator and the stator coils 16, 17. These supporting elements are designed to work with at least one of the insulating elements 1, 2.
