Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive simplification in a configuration by providing rotors facing against the flat surfaces at the both sides of a stator. CONSTITUTION:Slots 2 are formed in the radius direction respectively at the opposite surfaces of a stator core 1 formed by a rolled core and a stator 4 is formed by applying windings 3 to the slots 2. The stator 4 is covered with a resin layer 5 working as a frame. Rotors 8 are provided at the opposite sides of the stator 4 so that the rotors 8 may oppose to each slot 2. And each rotor 8 is installed on a rotary shaft 7 fixed by penetrating the center of the cylindrical resin layer 5. In this way, the adjustment for the gap between the rotors 8 and the stator 4 can simply be completed and good magnetic balance can offset the vibration in the thrust direction by each rotor 8.
