The present invention relates to an electric passenger device having an oxygen concentrator which is essential to extending the sphere of action for a patient receiving home oxygen therapy (HOT) from the interior of a room such as a home and a hospital to the open air such as a travel, a walk, and a hike, especially wherein the oxygen concentrator is removably mounted on the electric passenger device via a vibration proof mechanism and has a waterproof mechanism in its whole or part. In addition, to ensure the safety of the operation of the oxygen concentrator, the electric passenger device comprises auxiliary power supply and oxygen cylinder.
