Abstract:
To provide an electric power data analysis apparatus capable of estimating a time that a customer can talk from an electric power consumption of the customer.SOLUTION: An electric power analysis apparatus 20 includes an input data acquisition unit 211 that acquires a history of an electric power consumption in a predetermined period including a time point of telephone contact with a customer as input data, a label acquisition unit 212 that acquires a call result of the time point of the telephone contact with the customer as a label, and a learning unit 213 that constructs a learning model relating to the time point capable of telephone contact with the customer by performing supervised learning using a pair of the input data and the label as teacher data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
