Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress power consumption in customer premises equipment at a consumer residence without troubling an electric power consumer, when supply and demand of electric power is expected to be impending.SOLUTION: A HEMS server 4 at the consumer residence transmits customer premises equipment information, representing each power attribute of customer premises equipment 31-3k, to an in-house power supply/demand adjustment server 6 of a service provider. When a demand control request is transmitted from a regional power supply and demand adjustment server 2 of a power company PS, the HEMS server 4 transmits a request to generate a control plan of the customer premises equipment, to the customer premises power supply/demand adjustment server 6. The in-house power supply/demand adjustment server 6, in response to the generation request, generates the customer premises equipment control plan on the basis of the customer premises equipment information received earlier and the demand control request received together with and the generation request, to return to the HEMS server 4 of the request source. The HEMS server 4 adds amendment according to an amendment operation of a user to the returned customer premises equipment control plan, and thereafter controls the operation of the customer premises equipment 31-3k according to the amended customer premises equipment control plan.
