To prevent an occupant from feeling a sense of incongruity by an operation sound of a relay switch operated after an ignition switch is turned off.

After the ignition switch 26 is turned off, the existence of the opening or closing action of a door is detected based on switch signals of door switches 25FL-25RR, a motor relay circuit 43 and a power source relay circuit 46 are controlled in a release state at timing when the opening or closing action is performed, and action sounds of the motor relay circuit 43 and the power source relay circuit 46 are overlapped with the opening/closing action sound of the door. Thereby, the incompatible sense which the action sound of the motor relay circuit 43 and the power source relay circuit 46 gives the occupant is reduced. After the ignition switch 26 is brought into an off-state, during a regulation time is passed, when the opening/closing action of the door is not detected, the motor relay circuit 43 and the power source relay circuit 46 are controlled in off-states when a regulation time is elapsed.
