PURPOSE: To operate an electric appliance automatically on schedule by sending an ON signal of a switchgear synchronously with unlock a lock of a room where the electric appliance is placed.

CONSTITUTION: A switchgear 2 and a timer means 3 to start an electric appliance on schedule are installed between an electric power cable of an electric power source and the electric appliance 1. A setting means 4 consisting of a setting switch 4a, a set buttom 4b, and a display lamp 4d installed on an operation board and a control means 5 are connected each other. ON/OFF of the switchgear 2 is controlled by the control means 5 composed of a microcomputer, an input port, and an output port. A switch part 6a to send a reset signal to make the switchgear 2 be ON state synchronously with unlock a lock is installed in a door 6 of the entrance of a house and the reset signal is made to be sent to the control means 5 and thus the electric appliance 1 is started automatically on schedule by the timer means 3.
