To facilitate information management as a system on the whole and maintenance to easily synchronize field equipment in a subordinate station with a control/monitor system in a superordinate station, in an electric power system monitoring/controlling system.
An information code 70 and number information 80 are managed as pair between the monitor/control system 10 and respective electric power substations 33 to realizing the unitary management of the transmission position. Practically, fixed information comprising the information code 70 and the number information 80 are allocated to the corresponding equipment or devices in the electric power substations 33, allowing the information 83 indicating the state of the equipment or devices (in operation or stop state) corresponding to the fixed information to be exchanged between the monitor/control system 10 and the respective electric power substations 33.
