PURPOSE: To inform an operator of wrong information with a decision on whichever information provides an error by outputting the information in case of information on equipment, constituting an electric power system, not satisfying a relation to be satisfied by the information of the electric power system.
CONSTITUTION: Information of real time (measured value and binary information) and information, relating to connection of equipment of an electric power system, are input to a data base 3 through an input device 1. While a relation, satisfied by the electric power system, is stored as the knowledge in a knowledge base 5. An inference engine 4 checks the information of the data base 3 for whether it satisfies knowledge relating to the electric power system of the knowledge base 5. Now when even only one error is provided, the error information is corrected, further generation of the error in the information is presented to an operator.
