PURPOSE: To allow deep shaving, and to excellently shave in proportional to the conditions of mustache, by radially arranging a plurality of inner blades, which adjacently form pair, while holding the inner blades in an up and down movement- free shape by means of spring.

CONSTITUTION: Mustache entering a long hole of an outer blade is cut by the blade edges of inner blades 7, 8 by driving a motor; it is first cut while being pulled out from the skin by means of the inner blade 7, contacts with the just rear inner blade 8 of the inner blade at the advance side in the rotary direction before the blade 7 returns to the skin by reaction force,and is further shaven, thus allowing deep shaving. Bosses 9 are erected to the back side of an inner blade base 6, the coil portions 11 of tortion springs 10 are mounted to the bosses 9, and difference is formed to the pushing force of the inner blades 7, 8 to the outer blade by means of two lege 12, 13, thus one side of the inner blades 7, 8 meets the optimum shaving condition by varyng the pushing force, then ensuring excellent cutting quality while reducing the wear of blades.
