Title:
ELECTRIC ROTARY MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0583911
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an electric rotary machine, which can be driven continuously without insulation breaking down of a winding due to a high temperature even in usage in the high-temperature environment of 200°C or higher, the deterioration of characteristics of which at a high temperature generated from a permanent magnet, a magnetic steel plate, etc., can be inhibited and which has excellent vacuum resistance, radiation resistance and cosmic-ray resistance.

CONSTITUTION: Multilayer windings 3 are formed to the slots 2 of a stator core 1 by magnet wires with insulating coatings composed of a ceramic material, a plurality of blocks of rotor cores 7 are formed on the outer circumferences of oppositely faced rotors, discoid permanent magnets 8 magnetized in the axial direction are held among each block while the rotor teeth 6 of the rotor cores 7 of each block are displaced mutually at half-tooth pitches, and the outer circumferences of the discoid permanent magnets 8 are covered with nonmagnetic metallic rings 9 and joined with the rotor cores 7, thus forming the rotor in can structure.
