A first shielded connector 2 consists of a first connector housing 11 attached directly to a mounting section 13 and a first metal terminal fitting 12 inserted into a chamber 15 in the first connector housing for storing the metal terminal fitting from a joining side thereof and fixed there. A second shielded connector 44 consists of a second connector housing 31 located against the first connector housing, a second metal terminal fitting 32 inserted into a chamber 34 in the second connector housing for storing the metal terminal fitting from a side opposite the joining side thereof and connected to the first metal terminal fitting, and a rear holder 33 inserted into the second connector housing from the side opposite the joining side thereof and locked on the external surface side of the first connector housing to prevent the backward fall of the second metal terminal fitting.
