Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric signal cable assembly, equipped with plural ribbon cables which are light-weight and which offers coaxial characteristics.
SOLUTION: This cable assembly is provided with an electric signal cable assembly with plural sub-cable assemblies 20 stacked with each other. Each sub-cable assembly 20 is stored in insulating material 40a, 40b and contains electric signal conductors 30 on plural common surfaces, each of which is mutually separated by a first pitch distance (a). The first pitch distance (a) is between 0.1 mm and 10 mm. A characteristic impedance of the electric signal assembly is in a range of 50 Ω to 300 Ω.
