Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a series of stapling operation for a short time by performing the first process among plural advance or retreat processes, with the strong pressure for bending a pair of insertion point parts by a bending means, and performing the following processes with the weak pressure by softening the pressure force of the bending means.
SOLUTION: A clincher body 11 comprises an insertion opening SL on an upper plate part 11A on which a bundle of sheets is to be placed, for inserting the insertion point parts of a stapler, and a pair of bending claws 25 for bending the insertion point parts of the stapler inwardly to each other, are installed on a lower side of the upper plate part 11A as a bending means. The pair of bending claws 25 are reciprocated twice by a control circuit, under a condition that the first one rotation from an initial condition to the detection of another notch detecting signal, is performed with the strong pressure obtained by increasing the driving power to a driving motor 33, and then the torque of the driving motor 33 is reduced to obtain the weak pressure. Whereby the clincher body 11 or the like can be prevented from damaged, and the lowering of the durability can be also prevented.
