To provide an electric stepper in which a user can automatically carry out stepping exercise to maintain and enhance his health and can carry out rehabilitation only by riding for the user on left and right step plates and turning on an electric source.
The electric stepper is provided with the left and right step plates carrying out alternative tilting movement exercise through a link mechanism driven by a driving means on a base platform, a supporting post disposed in front of the left and right step plates, a handle secured to the supporting post, and an operating section and a displaying section of the above driving force generating means, and is formed so as to be able to realize the tilting movement exercise around a supporting point at the toe side.
