Abstract:
To provide a highly safe electric table that immediately eliminates the sandwiching of a user due to the lifting/lowering operation of the electric table by providing a tilt sensor to the electric table, and thereby the injury of the user due to the sandwiching is reduced.SOLUTION: An electric table includes: a top plate 12 having a flat surface; at least one electric elastic leg body 14 connected to the top plate, and operated so as to adjust the length of the leg body for adjusting the horizontal height of the top plate; and a tilt sensor 16 connected to the top plate or at least one electric elastic leg body, and being signal-connected to at least one electric elastic leg body, and for detecting a plane gradient of the top plate. When the top plate is tilted, a tilt sensor detects a plane gradient of the top plate, and transmits a control signal to at least one electric elastic leg body so as to stop extension, shortening or change of the length in at least one electric elastic leg body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
