Abstract:
To prevent breakage of an appliance such as an inverter circuit and so on.SOLUTION: An electric tool 10 comprises a control part 50 for controlling rotational drive of a motor 31, and the control part 50 comprises a switch gear 29, a diode 54, an inverter circuit 52, a control circuit 51 and voltage and current detection means 53. When softly braking the motor 31 in such a manner that it is repeated that the switch gear 29 becomes an OFF state and the control circuit 51 simultaneously switches on and off partial switching elements 41 among plural switching elements 41a, the voltage and current detection means 53 stops execution of soft brake by the control circuit 51 when detecting a voltage and a current of a prescribed value or more in the inverter circuit 52 by regenerative current which occurs in the motor 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
