Abstract:
A power matching method for an electric tractor comprises a power output shaft transmission gearbox (2), a second differential gearbox (3), a rear transmission (5), a first drive motor (6), a front controller (7), a rear controller (13), a first differential gearbox (8), a front axle transmission (10), and a second drive motor (11). A power output shaft of the second drive motor (11) is connected to a power input shaft of the rear transmission (5). A power output shaft of the first drive motor (6) is connected to a power input shaft of the front axle transmission (10). A power output shaft of the front axle transmission (10) is connected to an input shaft of the first differential gearbox (8). An output shaft of the first differential gearbox (8) is connected to a front wheel (9) by means of a transmission shaft. The method employs a motor having high operation efficiency and offering a wide range of rotation speeds for high-efficiency regions, and facilitates power supply for subsequently used agricultural machinery. Moreover, a PTO clutch is provided to turn the power output shaft transmission gearbox on or off in a convenient manner.
