Abstract:
To properly control a non-excitation activated type electromagnetic brake in an electric transport vehicle mounted with the electromagnetic brake.SOLUTION: An electric transport vehicle includes a non-excitation activated type electromagnetic brake. The electromagnetic brake has an electromagnetic coil. The electric transport vehicle includes a brake control circuit. The brake control circuit outputs a first control signal and a second control signal when a release condition is established. The electric transport vehicle includes a signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit outputs a release signal in response to the first control signal and the second control signal. The electric transport vehicle includes a drive circuit. The drive circuit supplies a current to the electromagnetic coil in response to the release signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
