Abstract:
To control a stepping motor so as to reduce a rotation error of a rotor of an electric valve.SOLUTION: An electric valve control device comprises: an excitation pattern correction value storage part connected to an electric valve having a stepping motor for rotating a rotor by a drive current which is applied in an excitation pattern corresponding to a step and a mechanism for changing a rotation motion of the rotor to an axial line motion of a valve body, and storing an excitation pattern correction value which is set for each individual electric valve; a rotation control part for correcting the excitation pattern corresponding to the step on the basis of the excitation pattern correction value; and a rotation indication part for applying the drive current to the stepping motor in the corrected excitation pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
