To provide an electric valve capable of restricting the generation of discharge between a can and a stator due to a noise, reducing influence of the noise on peripheral circuits, and surely electrifying between the stator and the valve main body and a turn stopper even if the distance to the valve main body or the turn stopper is fluctuated.
The electric valve is provided with a valve main body 20 for adjusting passing flow rate with a valve element 23 to be brought in contact or separated with/from a valve seat 22 inside a valve chamber 1 by a valve shaft 24, the can with a built-in rotor fixed to the valve main body 20 to make the valve element 23 to be brought in contact or separated with/from the valve seat 22, a stator 30 fitted on the can to drive the rotor for rotation. As a means for electrically connecting the valve main body 20 to a yoke 51 structuring the stator 50, a conductive spring 60 provided between the turn stopper member 59, which is electrically connected to the valve main body 20, and the yoke 51 is used.
