To prevent a gap from increasing at the coupling part of a magnetic circuit due to contamination of the coupled surface of primary and secondary cores by forming a cleaning member for cleaning the coupled surface of mated core at the time of inserting a primary coil unit into a primary or secondary coil unit.
A total of four cleaning members 60, which are constituted so that respective cleaning heads 62 made of felt, for example, may be fitted onto the upper end of a base part 61 and fitted at the top of respective longer sides and shorter sides of a primary core 33 and the secondary core 21 respectively. The upper end part of the cleaning head 62 is set so that its height is capable of coming into contact with mated cores 21, 33 when a primary coil unit 30, is inserted, and while the primary coil unit 30 is being inserted, both of the cleaning heads 62 slide the coupled surface of the mated cores 21, 33. The coupled surfaces of respective cores 21, 33 are brought into close contact with each other, thus it is possible to come into contact with them with a minimum gap for reduction in magnetic resistance.
