Title:
RIPPLE NOISE VOLTAGE MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3239338
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To measure ripple noise voltage correctly without being influenced by the cycle of measured input voltage.
CONSTITUTION: Control signals are outputted to a reference voltage generating circuit 6 from a control circuit 7 so as to switch the voltage level of reference voltage VSTEP1, VSTEP2 every specified time. When the-reference voltage VSTEP1, VSTEP2 reaches the peak value of the measured input voltage VIN, voltage comparators 5, 5A output pulse-form detection signals VD1, VD2 to a dividing circuit 11. The dividing circuit 11 divides the pulse waves of the detection signals VD1, VD2 in such a way as to be slower than the action speed of the control circuit 7. On the basis of dividing signals VB1, VB2, the control circuit 7 discriminates whether the detection signals VD1, VD2 are outputted by the specified pulse number.
