Power distribution means 2 distributes the power to a vending machine 4 and an electric vehicle charger 5 using a temperature change estimation table 23 so that, even when the power supply for the vending machine 4 is reduced, the chamber temperature of the vending machine does not exceed a predetermined range and the power required for charging an electric vehicle is supplied in a predetermined time. A power receiver 1, the capacity of which is smaller than a maximum total power required for the vending machine 4 and the electric vehicle charger 5, drives two functions of the vending machine 4 and the electric vehicle charger 5.
